A federal judge has temporarily blocked the deportation of Hayem El Gamal, wife of Boulder terror suspect Mohamed Soliman, and their five children. U.S. District Judge Gordon Gallagher ruled the deportation could cause irreparable harm and scheduled a hearing for June 13 in Denver.
El Gamal and the children, currently held in a Texas detention center, were taken into custody by ICE.
Mohamed Soliman, an Egyptian national, faces multiple charges including attempted murder and hate crimes after an attack at a march supporting Israeli hostages, where he used Molotov cocktails and a flamethrower.
