Officials identify hacker who played video of Donald Trump kissing Elon Musk’s feet on TVs inside government building

A viral AI-generated deepfake video shocked government workers at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on February 24. The video depicted Donald Trump and Elon Musk in an intimate, bizarre scene where Trump is shown kissing Musk’s feet. The clip was displayed on cafeteria TVs with a caption that read, “LONG LIVE THE REAL KING.”

Officials have identified the alleged hacker behind the stunt, and legal action may follow. While the identity of the individual remains undisclosed, the hacker’s connection to the department has been confirmed.
