Former President Donald Trump recently shared an AI-generated video on Truth Social that shows FBI agents arresting and handcuffing former President Barack Obama. The video begins with clips of prominent Democrats, including Obama and Nancy Pelosi, declaring that “no one is above the law.” It then cuts to a fictional scene where Trump and Obama sit together in the Oval Office as FBI agents enter and cuff Obama while the song “YMCA” plays in the background. The video ends with Obama in an orange jumpsuit behind bars.
The post comes amid new disclosures from former Democratic Congresswoman and current Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard. She released declassified documents related to the Crossfire Hurricane investigation, which probed alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election. These documents indicate that top Obama-era intelligence officials doubted that Russia played a meaningful role in Donald Trump’s victory over Hillary Clinton.
One of the memos, dated 2016, directly informed then-President Obama that neither Russian actors nor criminal hackers had compromised U.S. voting infrastructure to a degree that would alter election results. The memo acknowledged some failed attempts at breaching state election systems, including in Illinois, but concluded these had no effect on the outcome.
This new evidence serves as a major vindication for Trump, who has long insisted that the Russia collusion narrative was fabricated. He has maintained it was an effort by Clinton allies and Obama officials to undermine his presidency before it began.
The revelations have reignited scrutiny on figures like John Brennan and James Comey. Intelligence agencies are now considering criminal investigations, and more classified documents from the Durham report and Crossfire Hurricane may soon be released.
