Medical examiners also performed autopsies but did not find external trauma on either individual. To determine potential contributing factors, investigators have requested carbon monoxide and toxicology tests. The case remains open as authorities await final reports. Officials emphasize that the investigation is ongoing and that more details will be released once available.
